Too Cool was sampled from the early 90's girl board game "Dream Phone" that included a large pink talking phone you use to call boys and get clues about which one has a crush on you. Somehow they managed to pack a whole lot of attitude into that phone. So when paired with this beat it becomes an anthem for those unafraid to look cool in whatever they wear. (As well as a parody of the many hollow pop/rap songs about clothes and coolness)
